At Haima we want you and your furry friend to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Hygiene products, opened food items, or personalized articles are not eligible for return for sanitary reasons.
Process: Send your request to contact@myhaima.com with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 48 business hours. If the return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or different from what was ordered.
